Andrew Lawson
Managing Director

Andrew is a founder member of the consulting group and since 1987 has been primarily involved in strategic planning and corporate development together with mergers and acquisition advisory work. Additionally, he is the group's principal US and Irish liaison Director responsible for both inward and outward corporate investment advice.

He is currently on the Board of Directors of many companies based in the UK, Ireland and the USA.

Prior to founding the firm, Andrew served with J. Bibby & Sons plc, initially as Financial and Strategic Planning Director of its Industrial Operations - a now £350 million group. Latterly, from 1985 to 1987, he was Chief Executive Officer of Bibby's US operations based in Virginia and operated throughout North America.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant, and until 1982 was a Senior Manager in both the London and Manchester offices of Andersen where he was principally involved with corporate finance and international public listed companies.
